we had three major storms hit the east coast, the northeast portion of the eastern seaboard in the month of march. if this would have been snow, imagine the amount, over 120 inches in new york, 7.3 times 12, do the math. it has been an incredible weather period that we have now come through. starting in late november, and really until this blocking high settled in over the area over the past 24 hours, i mean, it's just been one low after another low, after another low. training lows. i haven't done the math, ten to 15 lows. doing the same number on the united states probably since late november. over and said and done with for the moment. 41 degrees, 79% humidity, calm winds. that's a good hit in temperatures. we started at 50. the chilliest part of the overnight is right before dawn. you are looking at the overnight low. 48 hagerstown, 44 elkton, ocean city and pax river 42. still 50 in oakland. 37 in cumberland. 46 westminster and kent island and annapolis. bel air and columbia 43. 45 degrees in rock hall. every once in a while a passing fair weather cloud will passover the area. a hug

eastern shore, temperatures in the mid 50s. out of the mountains it's in the low 40s, now it's hit the 50s into the carolinas and north and east of us as well up along the atlantic seaboardin the 50s from eastern pennsylvania up into southern new england where they are having a mostly sunny day. high pressure nosing down from the north and east that's going to be over us here throughout the day today. that is going to be exiting after tomorrow afternoon as we do have an area of low pressure forming over the mid-mississippi valley. this low is going to be tracking just to our south. it's a very weak disturbance and it may give us some clouds with a cans of rain throughout the day on wednesday but just maybe some sprinkles or light rain. so as we look at the temperatures, we're not alone with the cool air mass over muff of the eastern half of the country. only in the 50s from atlanta all the way to boston and the upper great lakes down through the central plains. for the anxious sunny and mild. not as breezy as it was over the weekend but winds gusting to around 20 miles hour out of the northwest as highs reach the mid 60s this afternoon. then overnight tonight by mid even
