this is the system that will be working its way up the eastern seaboard. over past several days this was intended to go out to sea but it has been creeping closer and closer as that front stalled closer to the coast then what was forecast. now a wave of low pressure tracking up that front will bring risk for rain and snow. you can see it pretty well developing up and down easterne board we have rain stretching from portions of coastal new england, cape cod, and massachusetts area right dunn through carolinas and virginia. this precipitation shield will work its way further inland during overnight hours. we have winter weather advisories into effect at 1:00 . it is expect to be out rain until then but you can see from the city on west, a whole lot of nothing going on. head in the shore points and we are seeing rain, light rain and drizzle and this will continue to move inland as we head through overnight hours. temperatures are still on the warm side. that is a limiting factor with this storm. 48 degrees in philadelphia. forty-four in millville. forty-three
