and portions of eastern virginia. the these could impact delaware as we go through tonight, heavier rain comes through our area generally overnight with lingering showers into the first half of the day tomorrow. we will time it out, you can see at 10:00 o'clock tonight scattered showers and heavy rain off to the west. starting around midnight heavy rain moves in and it will continue on and off all night long. rumbles of thunder, flashes of lightening as well that continues into tomorrow morning when you wake up. rain clears out but cloud will stick around through our tuesday afternoon. so for tonight, still a marginal risk for severe weather in delaware where they have had more sun today, still a general risk for stray thunderstorm here in the philadelphia area. biggest threat is off to the south as far as severe weather is concern. between now and midnight expect scattered showers and a possible thunderstorm but between midnight and 8:00 a.m. when worse of this next storm hits with heavy rain and threat for thunder,

the grand jury indictment handed down this afternoon in the eastern district of virginia accuses aunt of stealing $34,548 from northern virginia community college last year. prosecutors say taylor and nixon stole the identities of four people, registered them as students at the school. according to the indictment, the pair used their own addresses for those students. that's where the college sent loan money in excess of required school expenses. a spokesman for the school said the discrepancy was discovered by a sharp-eye employee who contacted police. most of the students we spoke to called it an outrage. >> that's crazy. i use fafsa to pay for these courses. to hear somebody is ripping the money off and using it when they shouldn't, that doesn't sit well with me. >> that's awful, truly awful. it's unfortunate there are many people who need financial help d of this kind of university, of any university, but particularly a community college where people who don't have the financial backing to support themselves in a larger university, as george mason or james madison, it is disappoint

we'll have the results from west virginia tonight when polls close at 7:30 eastern here. i'll be here as well. tell me about west virginia. it's a white state. tell me about these people. >> it looks like a bernie sanders state. he's done well in states that are largely white, more rural and poor. on paper it looks like a bernie sanders state. if you look at bernie sanders positioning in west virginia tonight and more broadly his positioning in this race right now. it reminds a lot of people of where hillary clinton was eight years ago in final weeks of her campaign against barack obama. take a look at this. west virginia, play 2008, we already thought barack obama was the nominee. hillary clinton came into this state and won by 41 points over barack obama. look at this, it wasn't just west virginia down the stretch eight years ago. hillary clinton won a lot of states down the stretch eight years ago. she won kentucky. she won in puerto rico. she won in south dakota. she won four of final six contests on the democratic side. the problem for her was it wasn't enough in term
