we're from hagerstown to baltimore to easton, 23. factor in the wind, feels like 14 outside right now. here we go, not so much icy, i just want to let you know this is just a few icy spots. did i see some of that with unfortunate water conditions around the region that basically slipped out of their ranks but overall we have the chance of flurries as we head into the afternoon and a high of about 32 with skies remaining partly cloudy to mostly cloudy. it's 5:11. let's check the roads with kim. >>> in crownsville we have reports of a disabled vehicle on 97 approaching farm road. it's off to the shoulder. and wind warnings posted at the key and bay bridges. but the big story is going to be this maintenance project on the curtis creek drawbridge, going to close the outer loop starting today february 12, two-way traffic gets by on the inner loop but expect major delays in the area, it will take a while to get around and the detours we posted on the overhead signs. we're looking ok here at baltimore and paca streets. back to you. >>> anot
