andy, tell me about eatonville. it has a very interesting story.al down. >> it is. it's located in florida about five miles away. it's a little unknown. oldest african american incorporated town. it was incorporated in 1887. it's the home town of zora. the renaissance writer who wrote the eyes of watching god. she writes a lot about it in her books. it was full of history and rated one of the top towns because of its important historical context. >> and bringing the southern flair to here. tell us what you have going on tonight. >> we have two seatings. a 6:30 and a 9:30. the 6:30 is lighter. it's a three course. and the 9:30 has a four course. starting with winter soup with granny smith apples. and it ends with a champaign toast and celebration for the new year. and like we mentioned earlier, new year would not be the same without black-eyed peas so we have black-eyed peas offered in multiple courses including black-eyed pea ice cream. you made that face but it is delicious. >> i made a face? what do you mean? >> it has candy black-eyed peas mixed
