selling out of ebay.e've got the analysts banging the gavel to sell on the auction site and first kick off with today's fed follow through or lack of it when it examines to the dow. stocks down, 10-year yield below 2%, dollar index on the rise again. like nothing ever happened. there's no more patience in the fed statement but chairman yellen also doesn't seem to be in a hurry to raise rates. so how do you trade it? what is your impatient playbook? pete? >> well, i think that you got to stick with what's been working so far, michele, and i think everybody, we talked about it yesterday on the desk, 90% of the folks who have come on here patience will come out but that doesn't necessarily mean june or necessarily mean september. probably signals in that direction, but i still continue to pound the table, i think these health care names, that's a place to be, because of the fact that not only are you getting yield, yields, one of the great beneficiaries of this area but getting companies that have growth. if

i think the same thing is a great strategy for ebay.hink there are probably a lot of other companies will follow that. emily: will oracle follow? is oracle one of those companies? marc: i think that with oracle, that is difficult. number one, the distribution will be the same no matter what. the most important thing is that oracle has to innovate at a higher rate. that's what we've not seen oracle do in the last decade. emily: salesforce has been a big acquirer. how do you continue to buy companies without losing focus , without getting bloated? marc: number one, acquisitions are hard no matter who you are. i can tell you firsthand after doing 25 acquisitions over the last five years, acquisitions are hard. but you can transform your company through acquisitions. the other thing that acquisitions do is that they bring all these incredible people into your company, and if you can nurture them, you can get phenomenal results. emily: what are the challenges when you buy another big company? marc: the number one thing is that, as a ceo, you

ebay's stuff is suing ticketmaster.e being over mashers -- measures of unfairly blocking the sale of game tickets. there was a policy of canceling or threatening to cancel season tickets if they are sold anywhere else using ticketmaster. the number of listings on their site has fallen by 80% in the last year as a result of efforts to the resale. and dreamworks has a new animated movie, home, which is a hit, taking and $54 million, sales smashing expectations of just $31 million. this the best opening for them since madagascar are three in 2012. dreamworks may avoid a loss that some analysts had forecast when they expected a bomb for four of the past six movies that lost money. and a division to distribute music 2.5 million songs from bruno mars and the rolling stones to be streamed on alibaba app. there is also the situation of copyright infringement. a san francisco jury decided that one woman was not a victim of gender discrimination while at kleiner perkins investment firm, and she says it is a battle worth fighting.

i think the same thing is a great strategy for ebay.a lot of other companies will follow that. >> is oracle one of those companies? >> i think that with oracle, that is difficult. number one, the distribution will be the same no matter what. oracle has to innovate at a higher rate. >> salesforce has been a big buyer. how do you continue to buy companies without losing focus or getting bloated? >> acquisitions are hard no matter who you are. after doing 25 acquisitions over the last five years, acquisitions are hard. but you cannot transform your company. they bring incredible people into your company, and if you can nurture them, you can get results. the number one thing is that, as a ceo, you have to choose what you will be in. i only have so much time. where i spend my time is super important. i kind of divide my time into four quadrants. in a certain quadrant, my transformation quadrant, that is where i spend the majority of my time. the things that, if i do not do them, they will not get done. there will be other things, nurturing t
