you know, it never hurts to write letters to our general manager, to ed riskin, to our board, bevan, nick, latifah and just letting them now how happy, thrilled you are with this and love to see the program continue. i think that would be fantastic. >> thank you. >> co-chair blacksten: all right. >> thank you so much for coming. i called you last minute and you jumped at the opportunity. as a regular bart customer for the past 12 years, coming from west oakland to san francisco to civic center, i personally want to thank you, because i've gotten way less sick since you started that program. there is also this area, it's also high employment area for people with disabilities. and we also are beginning to realize that sometimes we have to wait in line to use the elevators because everybody else wants to use the elevator. so it's no longer just a disability access point, it's a universal access point. we have seniors, we have bikers. so now up until that program started, nobody wanted to use the elevator. and it was not just the cleanliness, but also the safety. over the last two years,
