colts linebacker edwin jackson and his uber driver were killed early sunday morning in indianapolis. over on the side of the highway because jackson got sick. they were both outside of the car when they were hit by a suspected drunk driver. police identified that driver as manuel orrego-sa-va-la from guatemala. he is an undocumented immigrant who had been deported twice. ice agents said orrego-sa-vala had previously been convicted of a dui in redwood city. he also had other misdemeanor convictions in california and indiana.
