and court pratt issues, you were on the eeoc under bush ii. does this gel with what you've learned about women, women bosses over the years? >> well, there really is that concern that if you are the only woman, the only -- someone who is different from the rest that you are much more subconscious and you don't want to lend out a helping happened to somebody else who feel that you're going to be pegged or stigmatized, she's a woman shorter that -- it does have a little bit of sensitivity issues around the gender. but i have to say, study doesn't really do a whole lot for me because i work in the banking industry and most of the work in the branch level were women, the tellers and the customer service. you have to look at the next level up. so women as branch managers can move up until the regional directors who are typically men move up themselves. you have that type of pecking order. so, i think that, yes, there is sensitivity. i think women being the only one of anything, everything gets magnified. whatever you do and wherever you associate w
