i just want to thank your staff and especially michael carlin and eileen lamb for taking this seriously and working to get san francisco on the record as opposing. i know they put a lot of effort into this and they really appreciate it. the whole concept of the riders to undermine environmental laws is ridiculous. we're going to see more and more of them. we're already seeing a lot of them. different interests trying to take advantage of the current situation in d.c. and i know that san francisco residents, if they were aware of this issue, work really appreciate sfpuc doing the right thing on this. we did have a lot of people lined up to come together and gave them the afternoon off, so they appreciate the fact that they didn't have to come, but i think it's important to hear appreciation where it's due, so perhaps we should have had them come and say thank you. we appreciate your staff. >> president kwon: thank you, peter. next is mr. barry nelson. welcome, mr. nelson. >> thank you, chairman kwon, and members of the commission. i would like to thank the commission and thank the staff
