sylvia burgess and laura windsor and mike tario and eileen tillman and vance uashia. like to speak please line up on the right side of the chamber. and we will acknowledge you. >> okay, thank you so much. my name is laura windslor and i'm a floral designer and a small business owner here in san francisco. been in business for more than 25 years. i've had the opportunity to speak to some members of this committee previously about our concerns for relocating the flower market. i'm here today to speak in support of the property swap that is being considered here. the 2000 marin site is really the only site that is feasible for relocating the flower market during the construction at our present location. and we are very excited that this property swap is going to take place and we'll have a temporary location to go to. in light of some of the comments regarding the environmental impact and possible contamination, i think that our entire community would urge the stakeholders to move forward as quickly as possible to determine what the site holds in terms of contamination,
