eileen whelan has been telling us all about it and will make for some serious changes over the next fews. eileen? eileen: yes, it will. on this first full day of spring we made it to 61 degrees at reagan national and it was so nice. and foam is going to be a nice day. it's just going to be a little bit cooler with highs in the lower 50's. and speaking of the low 50's we're still there at this 11:00 hour downtown at 51. 56 degrees right now at dulles. 52 in gaithersburg. so not all that bad. we've got a few patchy clouds and that's what's kind of helping keep temperatures a little bit higher than where they normally would if we had clear skies. but you'll see some of those clouds associated with this weak weather front pushing in from the west. and even another area of low pressure off to our south bringing in a few scattered clouds as well. so with the cloud cover tonight, actually bumped up temperatures in the city. i think we will probably only fall to maybe the lower 40's. but some of our western suburbs especially in maryland may make it down into the 30's. but it will be a little b
