live in el cerrito, deep cuts are looming. >> most likely have to be more cuts for the schools here in contra costa countiy or ems the state could come in and take over the school districts. there 19 districts. according to the bay area news group, the office of education they identified five districts that are considered to be struggling that are at risk. they are aspect ok, byron, mount diablo and west cocoa which is where i'm at. the state requires that those districts have a certain amount of cash in reserves that is difficult given the fact that the budgets have been cut and enrollment is down and voters have failed to pass tax measures. what's next? the office of education has asked each of those to come up with a fiscal recovery plan along with new projections on where they see themselves in three years. that's all due in over two weeks. live here, today in the east bay. >> thank you, bob. >> also new this morning, protesters demanded justice for an oakland barber shot and killed by police. they will gather at 4:00 and march to oakland city hall. they statemented a similar prote
