(record scratch) you say stand n' stuff tortillas old el paso says...t somewhere fresh >>> good evening everyone i'm terry mcsweeney. >> and i'm peggy bunker. we are continuing to follow breaking nuz out of the east bay where a 9-year-old boy was stabbed to death. tonight 18-year-old william schultz is in custody. neighbors have just told us that the suspect was actually living with the family at the time and was a friend of the victim's older brother. the stabbing happened at a home on frost way in discovery bay about 10:00 this morning. this is a photo of the scene that we just recently received into our newsroom. when deputies arrived on scene the victim once again a 9-year-old boy, had already been taken to the hospital by a family member. he was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. the victim is not being identified at the time. once again, schultz is in police custody. as of now, police have not given out a motive. our reporter marianne favro is on scene gathering more information about the stabbing. we'll have a live report from her at 6:00
