(vicki) a swat standoff situation at an el sobrante home has come to an end...with the arrest of a man police say fired several shots in the neighborhood. the swat team was called out to nottingham drive just before midnight last night...after reports of a shooting in the area. that's when authorities identified 37- year-old robert mckay as their suspect...and tried to get him to surrender...but he refused. that prompted an hours-long standoff with negotiators. mckay was eventually taken into custody without incident. police say he had an outstanding arrest warrant and has been booked on suspicion of shooting a deadly weapon.
