we are at the shirley correctional facility elaine is picking up her husband we are not allowed in the prison. so they said that they don't want any cameras on the premises at all that. everybody is going to have to leave. so we're no longer on the prison grounds we had to leave the prison asked us to leave it's been very frustrating the entire way we were denied permission to film donald perry in prison we were denied permission to film him leaving prison we thought we were ok by just being in the parking lot and we were going to film him getting into the car but even now that's been denied and so we had to leave the prison and they didn't want any cameras around and so we're we're told over about a half a mile from the prison. a correctional officer from the prison tracks is down lower waiting for perry to be released so now they're kind of freaking out that we were shooting at all and so they're checking. whether or not they're going to let us. prison officials are concerned about our cameras and despite being away from the prison facility we're still technically on prison property
