police went to an east oakland home on eldridge avenue to serve a warrant yesterday. the backyard. one dog bit two people before being subdued. animal control says this is one of the bigger operations they've seen in a while. so far no arrests. hope they're okay. let's check that morning commute with mike. what are we looking at there? >> it's looking all right. a light volume around the bay. we still have a couple of trouble spots. oakland and our camera here. the northbound side you see clearly the slowing past the coliseum. slow from san leandro. not jammed, but he slow. in the southbound side we're seeing traffic increase a bit, but there was a crash reported right at high street, and we just passed our camera view that may have moved out lanes. it's slowing out of downtown into the coliseum. both directions, though, moving through the upcoming bay bridge toll plaza. the east shore freeway shows good volume of traffic. an earlier crash this berkeley about an hour ago caused quite a disruption, but things have moved out into the same area as well. no major problems
