cincinnati police are working on a plan to reduce gun violence and chief eliot isaac also wants to eliot------it's not something that we focused on historically as a department. i think that under this new administration that we will be....it's that under this new administration that we will be....it's something we're going to be looking at and we want to be creative in how we address juvenile crime specifically. this was the first in a series of meetings to get input from the community. john-----i want to hear from the community about what we're doing right, what we can do better and i'm going to be making a proposal in march refresh and update our approach to crime fighting. and many believe fighting poverty can go a long way in fighting crime. ennis-------the conversations that we're having about proverty are only going to be solidified when we start to do some serious work with the people who are experiencing poverty. close-----over the next several weeks each of the police deparment's district headquarters will host a community meeting....the first one will be held monday january 11
