elizabeth has traffic. >> let's go out to chopper 5. just spotted an accident, this is on the upper deck of the bay bridge and it's past the toll plaza. it is causing some extra slow traffic, unfortunately, at the bay bridge. so yeah, there it is. you can see that the metering lights are turned on now. we also had a stall at the top of the incline. we got a lot of calls from the kcbs phone force on that. this is the backup right now behind the pay gates. expect it to be stacked up well into the macarthur maze and growing because even if we have one little minor incident at the bay bridge, that usually causes to really stack up for a while. quickly if we have time, i want to go out to some video that some camera crews caught. this was an earlier big rig fire near colfax so if you are heading on the way to truckee, u, it's still causing problems. this big rig was carrying pet food and including a load of live fish. the fish were saved. >> oh, okay. >> but near the colfax exit, they still have the right lane blocked of westbound 80 and the
