elizabeth what's going on? >> what's cooking? we got some big delays.than normal through the livermore valley. so you notice the drive time usually at this time of the morning to give you some perspective. it's about a half-hour maybe slightly less and now it's almost 45 minutes maybe dropped by a couple of minutes here just recently but basically the bigger delays are because of an earlier stall approaching isabel. better news for counter- commuters all lanes are now back open. a couple of lanes eastbound 580 at north flynn. there was a fender-bender there. so again we are seeing slowdowns now in both directions. but the heaviest delays are going in the commute direction into westbound 580 into dublin- pleasanton livermore because of that now earlier stall. here's a live look at the richmond/san rafael bridge. traffic is super right getting into marin county from the east bay. bay bridge stacked up fundamentally into the macarthur maze. it is back to school for a lot of folks so we are seeing a few more cars out there on the road. if you are coming int

night, one of the things we got to do last night -- or i got to do, i should say, is we cooked chicken with chef elizabeth and it was very exciting for me because i love chicken. it is by far my favorite food. it was a food i loved so much, that when i was young and my parents would take us out to dinner, the first thing that would happen is i would sit there before i could read and my dad would look and say, "oh, they have chicken." and i would be so relieved by that. because i was at an age where i didn't know a very important fact, which is every place has chicken. [ laughter ] i was on the edge of my seat. so nervous the whole ride over, just terrified they might not have chicken. and i could have been sitting on any part of the seat. i could have been in the middle of the seat, the back of the seat, every place has chicken. i will say that when my dad and i go to restaurants today, even now he does that.
