elizabeth cook joins us now with new video of the slideshow. >> reporter: officers have arrested moses rosales. a driver captured this video on her cell phone. they said 3 cars were weaving through traffic reaching 90 miles an hour. they stopped traffic and were doing donuts across all five lanes. cindy clouds of smoke into the air and leaving skid marks across the bridge. officers waited for the driver at the end of the bridge and they were able to pull over 2 of the cars. one driver was arrested for reckless driving. the other was cited for aiding and abetting and release. they impounded one of the cars. 2 other shows took place on the bay bridge this year. they had traffic backed up for miles. in february another show shut down traffic on the western span. they are still searching for a third driver involved in sunday's sideshow. >>> police shootings in baton rouge and dallas are prompting some local departments to double up officers in patrol cars. oakland pd is among the agencies making that change. but at least you are swat cars on the road. and that is raising concerns. mike sug

elizabeth cook is here with the video. liz. >> veronica, the video shows the suspects driving away in a stolen boat. it was captured on the drone's camera. it happened wednesday on camano island off the coast of washington. the teen says he was vacationing with the family when he heard the engine to their zodiac boat start up. he saw people trying to tie it to their boat. he grabbed his drone to track down the suspect. the boy was able to see where they were going before he lost them. deputies arrested both suspects when they got to shore. the suspects were arrested on suspicion of first degree theft and possession of stolen property. kpix 5's joe vazquez spoke with the teen and will have the full story tonight at 11:00. veronica. >> thank you. >>> a drone helped millbrae firefighters fight a four-alarm fire. it engulfed a community center and it wasn't an accident. the fire broke out just before 4 a.m. on the exterior of the building leading investigators to call the fire suspicious. chopper 5 captured the devastating aft

kpix 5's elizabeth cook walks us through the story. >> a tense scene as crews raced to free the woman, it happened on 12th and salono street around 8:30 this morning. the crash had flipped the car on to its side, trapping the woman inside. firefighters had to cut open the windshield to free the woman, after that they were able to slowly pull her out of the car. 3 people were taken to the hospital, including the woman. there is no word, yet, on the extent of their injuries. police are still investigating the cause of the crash. >>> today was the last day to weigh in on a plan to change some of the tech bus traffic in san francisco, those buses shuttle more than 8,000 workers a day to silicon valley. critics complain they block access to seniors and disabled. sfmta is looking to create fewer transit hubs a as compromise, the study presentd to the board of supervisors in october. >>> a san jose jogger saved a house from burning to the ground. the deck was on fire, but no one was home when the jogger passed the house. the jogger acted fast and was able to put the fire out before firefight

elizabeth cook has been monitoring the situation. >> reporter: chaos in bavarian. all rail service is shut down as they look for a suspect. police say the shooter acted alone and killed himself. an agonizing 7 hours later authorities have given a, quote quote, cautious all clear. cell phone captured the chaotic moments as the sound of bullets pierced the air. people ran for their lives some carrying children in their arms as authorities searched for the suspects from the ground and in the air. local media have reported a gunman might have fled the mall for a nearby metro station. then it's left completely empty. >> our hearts go out to those who were injured. it's an active situation. germany is one of our closest allies. >> president obama has pledged support. now, in a statement, the white house condemned the, quote, apparent terrorist attack. munich police say they also suspect terrorism. >>> kpix 5 security analyst jeff harp joins us. you were in munich speaking at a terror conference. this is the third major act in the days. what's going on? are things more da

elizabeth cook has more on the story from the newsroom. >> reporter: investigators say 59-year-old alan fong of san mateo was the mastermind of the operation. for 12 years, women were flown in from asian countries to be prostitutes. it was a far-reaching operation with brothels in san mateo, redwood city, belmont, san bruno, colma, foster city, south san francisco, santa clara, sunnyvale and pinole. the women worked out of rental units a couple of them located in a san mateo neighborhood. investigators say fong's team included a photographer, an advertising manager who posted ads on discrimination and "redbook." a recruiter in singapore was paid $180,000 to traffic the women into the bay area. police have been following fong for years. in 2002 an undercover officer in san mateo was approached by one of his prototypes suit. the same scenario happened in 2008 and -- was approached by one of his prostitutes. the same scenario happened in 2008 and 2009 and his phones were tapped. in 2013 two prostitutes were found. no arrests until 2014. fong and nine other defendants will be in court for s
