our elizabeth noreika is here with more. >> reporter: yeah, kim. these women are asking for ms of dollars in damage. the lawsuit claims the pills were mislabeled and the order of the pills inside the packs was reversed. so in case you don't know, here's how the pill works for the first three week, the medicine contains hormones and the last week is just a sugar pill. essentially you don't need to take that. when the pills were reversed, the women got pregnant. they are demanding the cost of delivering, raising and educating their unplanned children. the company voluntarily recalled the the mislabeled pill in 2011, but many packages had already been used. in the muss -- in the newsroom, elizabeth noreika, 7 news. >>> president obama awarding the medal of honor to captain florent groberg. he was honored for his service in afghanistan in 2012. he saved his fellow soldiers by jumping on top of a suicide bomber. he severely injured his leg in that attack. the captain says the real heros are the ones who died in combat. and he hopes to honor them. >> i'm
