we sent elizabeth wenger out because it all starts tonight. she is out doing traffic at the bay bridge. good morning. >> good morning. that's right. we are outside live just close to the metering lights at the bay bridge and, of course, as you said the big bay bridge shutdown. we're all gearing up just hours away now. westbound 80 shut down around 8 p.m. tonight so of course, it's going to have a ripple effect on all the major bay area freeways throughout the weekend. kind of hard to tell what drivers are going to do, what freeways are going to be the busiest but if history repeats itself this has been the fourth closure of the bay bridge since 2006. we know the san mateo bridge is going to be extra backed up. the golden gate bridge, the dumbarton bridge and even other areas you may not think of. southbound 880 commuters heading towards the san mateo bridge. 880 gets backed up as well as 101 and 280 along the peninsula so bart running hourly 24/7 service. that will be a great option. also extra ferry service from the east bay. so we'll be talk
