ellen levin deputy manager for water enterprise. i'll give you the update. the first slide is where the the reservoir levels lie. water bank has dropped slightly and the cumulative , precipitation chart and we're tracking at at the at the 2007-year line and now we're it looks like we could possibly dip below last year's if we don't get some more precipitation and we had some melting of the snow from the last storm so we're watching that closely. we've got our snow survey ers out this week and we'll have a report at the end of this week on the snow pack conditions. on the on the total delivery side this is where probably our best news is our customers have continued to maintain their reductions in their water use and we're still seeing significant conservation well below our 10 percent reduction goal at this point. and our total system water savings again we're ahead of the curve on what we expect to save. this just shows you where we are on our precipitation index still for the month of february we're quite below the need for february. we're expecting some p

then the next and last item is a drought update, ben levine >> good afternoon, commissioners, ellen levine, steve richie is traveling for business so i will be giving the drought update today. the first slide you are looking at is the top 14 lowest per capita consumers in the bay area. you will note that of the 14, 12 of them are within our service area with very low per capitas for the month of january. this is starting out with some very good news. next you will look at our reservoir storage levels. i think interesting to note here, this time last year hetch hetchy was at about 59 percent of maximum storage capacity. i think what is even more interesting to note is the total system storage without water bank so that's the usable amount of water was at 61.9 percent this time last year and we're at 66.4, so we have more available water to deliver to
