and that is why we saw the flooding last year withla pces like ellicott city. now, again, if you are in ellicott city,li sten, we do have flash flood watches up but we have flash flood watches throughout the area so be vigilant. do not drive across any floed roadways, please. this is the time where we get into those high water and swift water rescues. we do have a few isolated showers out there right now. and that is the case as we go over the next couple of hours. this is all coming our way slowly. a lot of moisture rolling in from the deep south. so w lhave aot of moisture and doesn't have anywhere to go except down to the ground and oing to get we're some of the heavy rains but since it is slow-moving, it ist going take a while to get here. upper level area of low pressure just sitting over the ohio and tennessee valley. that is going to continue to bring rain chances to our area throughout the week and even after this main line gets through the area. main line through the area is not until late, late tonight and into the overnig. so time it out. a few showe
