one of the things we appreciate about elliptic where we lived originally elliptic has a separate bakery we have the space we need without the chaos of the caterers. so we don't have to worry about our things ending up with a garlic in favor. the other things we've been able to start hourly and switch to overtime we know we paid monthly and rented space in the freezer and storage space that allows us to make it financially feasible to start a business without a you huge capital investment which at the time was not available for us. so for me and the businesses and for most folks this is a trims resource to have available for us. it's a great place to live and grow to meet others people doing
