we want to get back to our top story and talk more about the situation with teslas ceo elon musk who decided to resume production at the manufacturing plant in fremont in defiance of the stay-at-home order. let's bring in legal at analysts. michael cordova. what is unfolding here. a production restarting at the plant in fremont in defiance of alameda county stay-at-home orders. how will first authorities respond to this move? >> they can bring law enforcement in and from what the county is saying they can start arresting people i'm not sure they will have a real basis for doing that. but what mr. musk did was file injunctive relief. he's looking for a permanent injunction and a declaratory injunction against alameda county. mr. musk is saying we fall under the essential business definition of the federal government. he also under the state definition of a essential business. but, the county of alameda is telling him, no you don't. and he therefore, is going to the federal court, lawyered up, saying i want this stopped i want to be able to do my business. and i want the court to decla

but we are going to move on right now to tesla and elon musk.lon musk battling it out with california authorities and threatening to move tesla out of the state of california as a shelter-in-place continues. alameda county's sheriff has told tesla they cannot yet reopen. on another round of tweets from elon musk over the weekend, threatening or perhaps vowing to move the country out of the state. tell us what the latest is. >> the latest is that musk is tweeting again this afternoon that he is going to be on the production line today, the company will be operating today in violation of the alameda county health department's orders. and if they come to arrest anyone, they will arrest him. this is really ratcheting up the pressure on the county, which government officials have basically been trying to deal with officials for weeks now. you have one of the largest and most prominent employers in the county hopefully defying an order that most others are following to the letter. it is quite the showdown and, you know, it is never a dull moment. but
