first off, what do you make of this battle between elon musk and the s.e.c.? r one of them have a legit case? >> i mean, if there's one thing you can say about musk, if political reporters scour the tweets of the president for news, that's what financial reporters do when it comes to elon musk because he makes a lot of news whether he wants to or not through his impulsive, almost obsessive use of twitter. it cost him the chairmanship going back to last year, and now is his title as ceo, he jeopardizes it every time he butts heads with the s.e.c. i mean, he clearly thought he didn't break the material agreement on tweets when he talked about production, but in a sense, he just keeps pushing it to the edge and kind of tempting fate. i think if you get in a showdown with the s.e.c., look what happened to him earlier. he continues to do that, i think the results are going to be largely the same and they're not going to be good for him and his company. lauren: it cost him and his company money, not only the $40 million that was paid out, but also these lawsuits that
