so again, if you added that and looked it emap again, that could take out almost the entire city of san francisco. so those concerned about demolition, demolitions would not be wholesale based on this. and then also, it requires that it meets to local inclusion housing. so local inclusion housing which we spent over a year, myself, supervisor peskin, president breed, supervisor kim, supervisor tang, all of us involved in that, we raised that and amended that for the first time in 15 years. and required the number to go up to 18%, it's 19% now. and in the next few years it will be 23%. so local inclusion and then it talks about relocation assistance. i think this is a work in progress. i think if we were to say where it is today, and where it was certainly before these amendments, my vote would be no. but based on the fact this is a work in progress, i think that there is nothing wrong with allowing a process to go forward and the conversation to be has. the unfortunate thing about the legislation is there is a lot of misinformation and misunderstanding. and i, too, was part of the misun
