this is at the emeryville- oakland border along san pablo avenue 59th, a.c.ransit says this is where the bus was when it was shot at carrying 6 passengers at the time. a window was shattered not broken. authorities believe a bb gun or pellet gun was used. it's not clear right now. what we know is that nobody was hurt. that's the good news. now, this is not the first time a.c. transit buses have been attacked. ten times last year, a few times this year. in february was when a bus covering in the the same area target by a gunman injured a 16- year-old passenger who was injured by shattered glass after someone shot at that bus, hit and broke the rear window around 10:00 on a wednesday night in north richmond. now, eight to ten men at the time in their late teens early 20s went up to the bus. one got on and left. as the group walked away, shots were fired at the bus and again, they had to take that bus out of service. but that was more a serious -- apparently the window shattered and that's why the next day the bus drivers union said they wouldn't drive through t
