police are now busy clearing out the park and kpix5's emily turner is there for us live. >> reporter: it's a much different scene than just an hour ago. the vast majority of the crowd is gone. there's people cleaning up behind me kind of getting the trash out of the way. i want to really touch on what you were talking about, though, with all those people who were transported. look at this video we shot earlier today taken around 4:00, so before 4/20 actually hit. there was the band playing. there was a huge, massive crowd in front of the stage and there were several people who essentially fell out and people were saying they weren't responsive. some of them weren't breathing and they were transported. we now know that there were a dozen people transported to area hospitals. we do not know the status of those folks and i just spoke to sfpd before going on air and the spokesperson tells me they're looking into the possibility that they were eating some form of edible that might have been laced with something that obviously had this negative effect on these folks. of course, we'll follow
