emily turner ton probation hearing that turned into a legal tongue lashing. she's live at the federal building. >> it was harsh the words this judge said today. they are now also in hot water with the judge. this san bruno pipeline explosion is why pg&e is on probation and the in court today. that probation, the judge says, has now been violated by another disaster. wildfire. as a result he's ready to hold the utility company's feet to the fire on safety. today's hearing he told the company quote you keep coming in here saying safety is our first priority, safety is not your first priority. that violation also allows al to change the terms of pg&e's probation from the san bruno explosion. he told the utility those changes could be sweeping and they will certainly make every effort to avoid wildfire. >> he sent a loud message that he wants a solution. he wants people to collaborate on getting it right. he wants to do it immediately. >> the jump has yet to specify what he will require the utility to do. it could be as far reaching as inspecting its entire grid
