we have gotten passed to the end to end session. that next big activity is the user acceptance test. we worked with the vendor and worked on a series of criteria as to how many of the effects must be available to retest prior to starting you a tea. we are close. we are back to get there over the course of the next week and a half and that is our goal. if we meet the goals we will start testing. if the application is not ready to test, we will start testing. that is consistent with the approach we have been talking about the last couple of months. we will not proceed until we are ready. and we are working on one milestone at a time. right now we are working on getting ready to test. so that is our approach. we are milestone focused and delivery focused. if we get there, we will start testing. dates will be shared only after we complete a very healthy set of user acceptance tests. it is very important that testing goes home -- goes well before we start sharing dates. the biggies are closing out the defects and working on the next coup
