no threat for downpours or thunderstorms here, through the ohio valley and northern new engla england, as we time it, a scattered shower and morning clouds for the rush hour and the majority of day is on the dry, humid side and you can see all the weather, especially the severe weather, misses us to the north, and during the late evening hours, after 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, that is when the front passes through with a random thunderstorm, all the real heavy rain -- good evening honker -- it will be in new hampshire and new england. in the philadelphia we could see a minimum of at least a half inch of rain. but the storms are scattered tomorrow but where they do hit they will be heavy with a quick inch or two, and some of the downpours could create some localized flooding and vivid lightning, upper 60s to near 70 degrees, muggy and a shower in the predawn hours, the flavor of the day more humid and warm and most of the day is dry and late in the day, and in the evening and overnight hours, downpours and random thunderstorms, 88, morning clouds and sun 87 and less humid on friday and a decen
