jennifer: tonight it's back to prison for a man who witnessed the killing of an epsom police officer and then fired shots at police during the get away. kevin paul was released in may but his parole has just been revoked. wmurs andy hershberger live now with these new developments. reporter: kevin paul is going back to prison for two years, just seven months after he was granted parole. paul went before the parole board this morning, facing a total of 13 violations. paul was with gordon perry back in 1997 when perry shot and killed epsom police officer jeremy sharon. paul pleaded guilty to several charges related to that crime and was sentenced to 16 to 50 years in prison. perry is serving life without parole. the board found today that paul violated 10 of the 13 complaint filed against him that include a drug offense and failing to report to his parole officer. paul is also still facing have been bound over to superior court. >> it clear that you can't take him at his word. his words mean nothing, and quite frankly it appears that he thinks that your words mean nothing. if you're go

other news, an epsom man was killed while crossing route 28 on christmas eve. police say a car hit 44-year-old daryl curtner near the traffic circle and windmere drive yesterday. he was pronounced dead at the hospital. officers are investigating the cause of the crash, but they say they do not expect criminal charges. hollis officials are that left a family displaced this christmas. no one was home when the fire started around 11:00. officials say one end of the house was badly damaged by the flames and the rest of the home sustained heavy smoke damage. however firefighters were able to save the kids' christmas presents. firefighters say it appears the fire started around a chimney. new hampshire spca and santa teamed up to deliver pets to families this morning. elves brought cats and dogs to families all over the seacoast. the adoption staff brought the pets to their new homes, along with a note from santa and a present for the pet. the shelter was also open this morning for people to pick up their animals. fed ex workers spent christmas day delivering package
