the equality and human rights commission will examine whether hundreds of pubuc examine whether hundredsblic bodies transgender policies correctly follow the equality act, which allows organisations to restrict access to women only spaces such as bathrooms and those born female. what do you think? have you heard about this story? >> not altogether, but i as a female, i'm very alarmed because i'm afraid if they didn't come out the same showroom as me, they shouldn't be in the same bathroom as me. >> yeah, yeah, that's very good. >> yeah, yeah, that's very good. >> yeah. i mean, that should be just the official policy written down. >> there should be male, female and maybe others. there are other things that i could say, but others, because i don't feel happy with anybody that was a male in your space. it's fine if they want to be what they want to be, but i don't want them in my bathroom or public toilet. >> i think that's absolutely fine, of course. and that is the way that many people feel scared. yeah, absolutely. because even though that individual may be totally fine, you just can't
