s $38 million eraf shift for severely impacted businesses from city work of which holy moly, it would seem like these businesses qualify for. so let's not take too long in analyzing how we are going to get that money out the door and help those folks. commissioner fewer? >> supervisor fewer: thank you very much, chair. >> supervisor fewer: so i think the chart of what you just showed us is really inadequate of we need to get an idea of what's happening along the corridor. i would like a report on the status of the small businesses along the corridor where the construction work is being done. what i would like to see is an estimated loss of revenue due to the construction. also, the estimated cost -- loss of revenue they think they might be projected since this project now is two years -- or is it 500 and something days that you just said delayed in the project? so for us to look at a chart that is so simplistic, i actually think it doesn't give us enough information about what is the state of business along the vanness retire corridor. we can outreach and say, hey, how are your busine

kirkpatrick mentioneds, eraf supplemental i was approved after the issuance of this report. some of the things that we have our eye on that would change these projections going forward. the city has not yet issued a audited financial statement for fiscal year 17-18. we're trying to bring that to a close this month to the extent that our auditors require us to restate anything this can change our numbers. we'll reflect that in the next report to you. i mentioned some of the revenue changes that the department of public health will be keeping our eye eye on that as well. lastly, the city received a number of payments from pg&e. some of them were general fund tax payments. they also pay property and bids business tax to the city as well as remittance for clean power. we're currently assuming that those payments will be possibly delayed but not materially affected if the current fiscal we'll be coming to you shortly updates. the five-year financial plan will be updated this month in another week or so, i think it will be issued. comptroller's audited financial statement for th t

the eraf funding will go into effect, and as a result, right next door to 1036 mission, we are going to build 250 new affordable housing units, 100%, for formerly homeless individuals.
