eric fisher is our chief meteorologist at our cbs station in boston, wbz. eric, what's next? >> well, scott we've been watching the storms all day long, very early this morning. they rumbled through the chicago area, pretty dramatic video. a couple lightning strikes right on top of the willis tower towering over the chicago skyline there. the other threat from these storm, the humid july atmosphere heavy rain and flash flooding. we saw that in woodstock virginia. very quickly water stacking up and rolling through neighborhoods there. as we head into tonight watching a setup that has a lot of heat in the middle of the country. we have ridge-rubbing storms over the northern end of all that heat. a lot of severe wind likely in these storms as they move off toward the south and east. we have tornado watches that include chicago. severe thunderstorm watches further to the south and east. that will be the trend for these storms developing in illinois. they proved off to the south and east down into kentucky. tomorrow that threat will move further east. scott, all the while heat ind
