joining me now is eric hippeau, managing partner at lerer hippeau. great to have you back with us. us what the fundraising environment was like, given a very challenging macroeconomic backdrop. eric: good to be with you. the majority of these new funds were in fact raised last year, and this is our 12th year. these are early-stage and late-stage, so we have done quite well, and we have very loyal lp's we have been able to capture some new ones as well, so it has not been exceptionally hard. i would emerging that today, for a new party, it would be pretty difficult. emily: so, how is that changing macroenvironment changing your strategy and where you are going to place your bets? eric: we are quite well-known for our consumer companies, companies like warby parker and casper and many others. but in more recent years, we have also been very focused on b2b, enterprise software. we are less known for that, but we do have have our investments in those areas. those are at the moment very exciting, and we are looking forward to balancing our consumer business with our b2b business. emily:
