you sort of hear eric jackson's commenta commentary. if i was to suggest, okay, you think of two words hear, dysfunction, disarray. within yahoo!. is that fair? >> well, it's been the story of yahoo! for quite a while. she's not the first ceo -- she inherited a really difficult situation. i think what happens is around certain -- i guess you'd say celebrity ceos. they assume victory before tackling the real problems. i think a lot of yahoo!'s problems were enormous. and, you know, just deciding to hire people and spend a lot of money on acquisitions. wherever strategy she did, it didn't work. i mean, i think one of the strategies is to make it smaller and then build from there or stick to one thing. and so, you know, i think i would run it into the ground. eric would run it into the ground. it's a very difficult company and you need a really experienced turnaround executive. she has enormous talent in lots of errareas. turnaround isn't one. that's the problem here, it's a troubled asset and it means either -- i don't know what it means
