boats on the water even though the memorial begins in about an hour, ktvu's eric rasmussen has more on the tribute tonight. >> reporter: ken and as you mentioned today, so many are out here on the water, it it is about to get busier. organizers are expecting at least 70 boats to be part of the memorial. and they will begin a procession soon behind me led by the fire boat and the u.s. coast guard. the focus of course is remembering the lives of the five sailors who were lost last week when the 38-foot sail boat, low speed chase was hit by waves and turned over off the fair lawn islands, jordan from, alexis bush, and three others survived in the accident. we tried to reach out to all three of them but recently they were not available for any comment. low speed chase was among 50 boats taking part in the race when the tragedy happened. there were already memorials out here, and we would like to give and look from news chopper 2, and close by, the memorial -- tonight's memorial is expected to go until 8:00 including the playing of bagpipes as some of the boats dropped flowers and wreaths b
