know hank greenberg is locked in a fairly interesting battle with new york attorney general eric schneidermand greenberg and aig, alleged sham, accounting transactions when he was aig chief. most of that case has been kept knocked down by the courts except for one charge, one or two charges. and on those two charges, snyder is man is attempting to prevent hank from being owner, director or an officer of a public company. now what is interesting here is that cv starr is not a public company. it's a private company. when you start getting this much size, you wonder at some point will he ipo and that is why greenberg continues to fight schneiderman on that. i don't have a good read on that right now. anything that hank said out there publicly what he wants to do, he wants to keep cv starr, cv starr is the holding company for starr investments which is buying this. this is affiliate of cv starr which is his new company. he said he wants to keep it private. you got to think, if you're fighting that one thing, with schneiderman, schneiderman dropped all the monetary claims. schneiderman wants to ba
