good evening, i'm eric thomas. tonight police are warning residents to stay indoors as county crews work to round up dangerous bees. the so-called bee zone is centered around the 3800 block of hitchcock drive. the bees are blamed for the deaths of two small dogs, miniatu miniature dachshunds. two people were stung and had to be taken to the hospital. even our own videographer was stung shooting video today. bee eepers say they think the bees are africanized and they warn they are very aggressive. >> these bees here are a little bit off the wall. we've been having africanized bees moving into california for quite a few years, up from south america. >> it feels like my whole head was buzzing. they were all over my hair. i had to get out my hair band and shake it off. they were covering my hair. >> the main hive has been removed and beekeepers are using fapheromones to calm the remaing bees. >>> police in morgan hill are trying to find a driver who hit someone in a wheelchair and drove off. the department posted this

eric thomas is outside mt. diablo high school where this all happened. eric? >> reporter: it is kind of tough to watch the 15-year-old suspect was arrested and booked on felony assault charges and released to his parents. let's take a look at that video that everyone at school is talking about today. it happened in the mt. diablo high school gym yesterday. a 15-year-old student walks into the gym, according to police. the gym timpfer tells him he's not supposed to be there and asked him to leave. angry words and profanity exchanged, and the student started swinging. we're blurring the student's face because he's a minor, but if you look closely you can see blood from a cut above the teacher's left eye. he refused medical treatment. you may notice the teacher didn't punch back. he just tried to protect himself until he could take the teenager to the ground and get some help. >> i was in class and everyone was speaking about it. >> the teacher did a good job with getting that student to the ground and just kind of detaining him and keeping his composure until he

eric thomas live now with the details. >> reporter: larry, gruesome indeed, enough to shake anyone, the discovery made just after noon today on the rocks on the oakland side of the bay just a few dozen yards south ever the old bay bridge which is being demolished. police say a contractor on his lunch break was taking pictures of the bridge and the bay when he looked down and he saw that partially clothed tors soy. he called 911 and soon oakland police officers were crawling all over the area looking for clues. they don't know the identity or even the race of the victim at this point, but the medical examiner was able to figure out a few things. >> right now the coroner believes that there's no trauma to the body, that this may have been just an accident, but always very difficult to say. we're not going to rule anything out. we'll look at everything. what we are looking at is a young male. we don't know the race at this time because the torso is so decompo decomposed. they do believe it's many been in the water for at least a month, maybe a little longer. we do not expect it to have any
