i am rabbi eric weiss and i will be your host . we are having a conversation with children's author sandra feder about her latest book. her fifth children's book called 'bitter and sweet'. it is about a young girl named hannah who moves because her father gets a new job and she is going through the transition of a new home and neighborhood and new school. the title, 'bitter and sweet' gets woven into the story throughout the story and has a very lovely ending. i am wondering if you can give a book into how that evolved so anyone who is listening will be that much more enticed to buy the book . >> thank you. in the story, 'bitter and sweet' first refers to how hannah feels about moving that oppose she can only see the bitter and the harder parts . she learns to find the suite and one way is , a friend gives her a gift of hot cocoa. at first she does not realize she needs to add some sugar to the cocoa. the cocoa turns out bitter which reinforces her feelings. she figures out she needs to add some sweet. it is really when she figures

eric swalwell. now, sol, what of this? hunter was charged because joe wants equal justice? what? >> well, first of all i think others have said this and it bears repeating david weissould not have been chosen as the u.s. attorney for the district of delaware if he was objectionable in any way to either of the two democratic senators there. so, again, to call him trump appointed is to kind of, yes, is he technically trump appointed but it wouldn't have happened if he wasn't an entirely safe individual. david makes a good point. abbe lowell is a great lawyer. but, remember, that abby is not the one who negotiated the original diversion agreement. and there is going to be a real factual dispute here. if the court says that the agreement is ambiguous in the issue of whether or not probation officer has to sign off or whether or not he agreed with it. there are differing interpretations there was a filing a few days ago where the government said absolutely, the chief probation officer in delaware never signed off on it. and the defense came back and said not only did they not sign off on it but the government represented that to the court we don't find a record of that

attorney weiss had no authority to charge any of those charges without the department of justice text divisions approval beforehand. >> i would like to focus in on this real quick. eric>> let me get back to you because i have a limited amount of time. and you have questions for you. in fact, mr. ziegler, you state that hunter biden's unpaid taxes were around $2 million. he has no pay the best taxes, as i understand. it he has been criminally charge for not paying taxes. would you just explain how people can be charged for not paying taxes even after they have made amends and gone on to pay? them >> under the statute, when someone fails to timely pay the taxes, usually do april 15th, once that date occurs if they have a known tax liability and they failed to pay, the crime has already been committed. the fact that they pay the taxes after, that is a mitigating factor that the judge can use their discretion at sentencing. -- i would like to make one thing clear, this does not include the over $100,000 in additional tax owing which was not charged. >> the images of clear. you thought there were additional charges that relate on the table and not pursued by the u.s. atto
