er erica gonzalez is live with details. >> reporter: jim, women that we talked to say the whole incident is not only weird, it's disgusting and say it could have just as easily been one of them. police say a woman called them yesterday about a man acting peculiar around her on the platform of the takoma park metro station. the victim says initially, the man approached her asking for directions. she told police she noticed that he kept rubbing his book bag against her leg. when she looked down, she noticed the bag had a hole in it and inside was a phone. he was taking pictures of her skirt. >> that objectifies women. i'm just glad i'm covered up. >> according to police, the woman tried to snatch the bag away from the peeping tom when it ripped open. he quickly grabbed his belongings and bots. >> i think he's disrespectful. >> reporter: the woman told police she remembered running into a man a day earlier in a nearby neighborhood, again, asking for directions. tonight, the man behind the up skirting incident still on the loose. >>. >> probably just not to stand too close to guys mplt it's
