(applause). thank you for bearing with me. as you know the african-american art and culture complex has gone through a major transition. we went from a place that no one participates in programs and everything else to this absolutely gorgeous beautiful amazing facility i am proud to call my home and i have to say if it wasn't for one person in particular -- and i have a great staff and community that has always 17 supported me and there is one person that stands out and he deals with my tantrums and demands and he continues to work hard and bust his butt and the center would not look as beautiful if it wasn't for his work and today we honor earl hall.
