>> erika, that's right. we just got heren i want to set the scene for you. we're on luzby's lane, brandywine is a remote section of the southern part of the county. this is the house where the shooting happened. police are still trying to figure out what led up to this crime. they said they were called here about 12:30 this afternoon, in the 12600 block. once police got here, they found a man inside suffering from gunshot wounds. he was pronounced dead right here at the house. police say the man who was shot and killed had broken into the home and had exchanged gunfire with the occupants inside the home. a second suspect was also involved in this. the second suspect got away. one of the occupants was also injured in this exchange of gunfire. but he is expected to be okay. now, we're still working to try to find out additional information, again from prince george's county pe. it's very active. they're telling us it was not a random crime, but we're waiting to find out what the exact motive was. back to you. >> darcy spencer in brandywine, thank you. >>> new
