good afternoon, i'm erika von tiehl. some terrifying moments, for that woman, she is okay, but she had quite an ordeal. we want to get right out to "eyewitness news". >> learning this afternoon, from central detective, two men have been arrested in connection with that carjacking, that kidnapping at a center city parking garage. investigators say this began around 6:00 this morning at the society hill parking garage near seventh and pine. it is operated by pennsylvania hospital. police say two men approached a woman there around that time, saying they had a weapon, and then carjacked her, kidnapped her, forcing her to drive to atm. then tried to use her credit cards at that atm. for using it to make a purchase. some $9 in cigarettes. she was able to get away near a gas station at york and aramingo. police then used the tracking feature on her cell phone which the suspect still had to trace the car to kensington where police arrested both men. >> fortunately the victim in this case uninjured during this whole ordeal, whic

"eyewitness news" reporter rahel solomon joins us outside the justice center in west chester with that story. good afternoon. >> reporter: good afternoon, erika. well, prosecutors say that this started with a 13 year old girl sending inapropriate photos of herself but it has now ended with several young boys, now facing criminal charges. now, prosecutors said today again that this middle school victim started by sending inapropriate photos, willingly, to her then boyfriend. at some point, they break up, the boyfriends who police called the ring lead syrup set, and allegedly sends those photos to his friends. those photos are reportedly used to cyber bully and bully e victim in person until police are notified. the suspects are between 11 to 15 years old, and the cases involved trediffryn east town middle and valley forge middle schools. the disturbing story,
