erin coleman: good morning, i'm erin coleman. since 1992, pennsylvania had been in the blue column for democrats in presidential elections but last year president donald trump changes all that turning the keystone state red for the first time since 1988. president trump won the state in 2016 by less than a percentage point. his margin of victory was a little more than 44,000 votes but according to the pennsylvania department of state, registered democratic voters in the state outnumber registered republicans by more than 800,000. now, when it comes to the state's congressional delegation in the u.s. house, republican representatives outnumber democrats 13 to 5. the states two senate seats are evenly split between the parties. so, can republicans keep pennsylvania red? what do democrats have to do to win back the state in 2020? can democrats win back any house seats in 2018? and can republicans oust democratic senator bob casey? here to answer some of those questions and a whole lot more is democratic congress,an from pennsylvania

erin: so, totally separate. if you don't have it and your home floods for some reason, if you don't have it, that's it. jocelyn: right, you would not be covered for those damages. and so, you would have to use your own personal assets to, you know, replace anything that you have. now, if it's potentially in an area that might be part of a zone where the president has declared it a national flood, so for instance during tropical storm sandy, individuals may have been covered through there, but it's not as if you have the flood insurance through the national flood insurance program. so, you may be eligible for some grants and loans, but of course, with the loans, those are--those would have to be repaid. erin: so again, just to be clear, a basic homeowner's policy does not cover flooding. jocelyn: it does not. erin: all right, how do you go about getting flood insurance? jocelyn: so, if you're in an area that is considered in a flood zone, you would get your coverage, it's through the national flood insurance prog

good morning, wisdom and erin. so many people are concerned about ashanti billie. family and friends are all working together at this point to help find her. meanwhile, the fbi norfolk office did release this new picture of ashanti billie yesterday. the fbi says they met with ashanti's family and are continue, to search for the 19-year-old who has been missing for almost a week and a half. two local women organized a big volunteer search, a group of more than 100 people scoured the norfolk and virginia beach area to search for ashanti billie. billy went missing on september 18th. we've been reporting on this for the last week and a half. surveillance video captured her car driving onto a military beach. her car was seen leaving a half hour later and there's been no sign of her since. she never showed up at the blimpy sandwich shop where she worked. days later her car was found abandoned 12 miles away from the base and her cell phone was found at another location tossed in a dumpster. searchers gathered in the same area where her phone was found. here's what they fo

hey, erin.ell that you there are significant backups as you approach the case bridge and 14th street. we have a d.c. police officer out here directing traffic as that split happens right off the bridge and so your only choice at this point is to get off on 14th street as you mentioned. now, what we're hearing is that a truck carrying concrete somehow lost some of its concrete load and we saw -- if you see right there the gentleman straight ahead, they were brushing off some of the debris off the roadway but also off the actual bridge up there and so we think maybe the truck hit that as it was passing through. so, the truck is further in closer to the southeast-southwest freeway at this point and it looks like they're just now letting the cars get through, maybe it's just one lane right now or possibly you still have a lot of work crews in the way. but up until this point all lanes were closed as you approach southeast-southwest freeway. again, your bailout is 14th street bridge. but we can tell

>> that's right, erin. this is an important development. the irs is now sharing information with investigators working with robert mueller. this comes after the two sides were somewhat at odds for months over the scope of mueller's investigation into russian meddling. mueller's investigators initially wanted information on several people associated with the trump campaign. including former campaign chairman paul manafort and michael flynn, the former national security adviser. now, we're told by sources that the irs had concerns because of what they thought were perhaps far-reaching and broad requests for information from mueller's investigators. in the case of manafort, the scope includes possible tax and financial crimes that date back to january of 2006. now, that's ten years before the russian meddling in the presidential election last fall. >> so evan, your reporting indicates that all of this also comes down to the july raid. >> right. >> of paul manafort's home, which of course, was done as he and his wife were sleeping. officers cam
