i'm erin coleman. the snow already falling in parts of our area and expect conditions to deteriorate as the day goes on. even the impact its having right now in the philadelphia area. let's begin with glenn "hurricane" schwartz. >> this storm is still intensifying offshore. this is not the worst of the storm but we're seeing the circulation very clearly on the radar right out into the ocean and the low-pressure center just to the east of the jersey shore. what this is doing is driving the colder air down to the south and so look at these bands of snow coming this way, coming from north jersey and northeastern pennsylvania down toward allentown, buckingham and bucks county getting some of that and even starting to see it getting into abinnington and parts of philadelphia itself. the western side of this storm not producing nearly as much as precipitation. heavier snow in trenton, virtually nothing in delaware at the moment and rain in south jersey. so quite a variety of conditions across the area. as we

erin brown is here as well, head of asset allocation at ubs erin, how is the market going to take this going forward, amid a bit of a tariff tantrum that it's had over the last several days >> there's a couple of things to keep in mind i do believe there is a lot most of flexibility in what trump announced today than -- and what we're likely to hear at 3:30 p.m. than what initially had been suggested he did say there is flexibility to scale up or down the tarifs 7 and that we are going to look at both military spending and how countries act in terms of their military defense with regards to the u.s. partnership, as well as trade, as a sort of tradeoff between the two. i think that's really important, because now we're getting back to thinking about trump as sort of the ultimate negotiator i think this is another way for him to negotiate higher payment by germany ainto nato, higher likelihood and higher sort of -- you know, higher sense of payment by the other countries and other allies and then also i think more cohesiveness in terms of the policy path that china is going to talk about

do you think the gloves ra s ar, erin? is the president, are the lawyers all now going after mueller? >> alex, remember, president trump's own lawyers told him that this investigation would be wrapped up by the end of last calendar year. but we see the investigation is going forward in full force and is not losing any steam. we also see through the president's tweets that that's getting under his skin. now, this is the first time, i believe, that he's called out mueller by name. and remember, that's against the advice of his lawyers, who have said, don't attack the special counsel personally. remember, they're trying to negotiate how and when trump sits down for an interview, and if, with mueller, who's trying to get that face-to-face meeting while the lawyers are exploring things like written questions or alternate kinds of interviews. this is a precarious moment and you can see his frustration coming out. >> for sure. alexi, do you think the president is just trying to undermine mueller, the investigation there, or can w

joining me now, erin mcpike, senior adviser for media group of america, and sarah westwood with the "washington examiner." ladies, a good day to you both. your reaction on the president calling out mueller by name for the first time, going after his team. first, do you think that's a shift in strategy, sarah? >> i think we have seen a more restrained approach to the investigation from president trump dating back months. but remember that he's had lawyers and advisers telling him since the fall that the investigation was just weeks away from wrapping up. so that's sort of the lens through which he's viewed mueller's moves, that he was nearing the end of the investigation. now we're starting to see potentially a little bit of frustration that hasn't panned out. and in fact, we're just seeing some aggressive investigative moves, like subpoenaing documents from the trump organization, that suggests the probe might even be expanding in scope. so maybe president trump is starting to express a little bit of that frustration on social media, because the word of his legal advisers is turning o

one is on the provision erin was disgusting. erin and i see it a little bit differently. my view is that if it's going to have a coverage ratio, it's about liquid assets as in cash. if you look at liquidity coverage ratio is about cash in and out, therefore while erin is correct, some of the things i defined in the crisis, we don't know we you know that about cash and treasury securities and nothing else. so in my view if we're talking about cash and just cash, then we should stop there. i think they got it right the first time and i don't think they should go back. that's a little bit different but that's my view on that one. the second one i would like to see change is on policy is the reciprocal deposit provision. i would like to if you're going to have a limited exception for a reciprocal deposit is notbeing brokered, it's very limited . or at least be neutral on how that plays out if it's very limited and i don't think it's limited enough right now. i think it should be changed so that it's not just reciprocal deposit, it should be some other third-party arrangement,
